Can you also help? My tools have locked I can only used the tool showing in the tool bar. The drop open option isn&#039;t working. ( for example if the &#039;magic wand&#039; is showing I can&#039;t access the  &#039;quick selection&#039; tool unless I use the shift and hot key)
It is the first time this has happened (it is a legit PS) and has nothing to do with layers etc: i am pretty sure it has to be unlocked
Looking forward to checking out the rest of the site
